Returns

We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued for products already purchased. The integrity of our products is paramount. Manufacture dates and laboratory testing COAs are only two of the methods we use to monitor the continued quality and safety of our products. Due to product safety concerns, we apologize but we are unable to accept returns for CBD products. Creams and lotions can be the target of tampering and thus are not returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience this product safety policy causes. This policy is part of our on-going commitment to providing safe, high-quality products.

EXCEPTION: In the rare event your dispenser pump fails to operate properly and dispense the product, tap the product container bottom on a hard surface such as a countertop and attempt to dispense again. If the product still fails to dispense, contact us at info@advanced-therapeutix.com for a refund or replacement.

We ship to all U.S. states where hemp-derived CBD is legal. While the 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp-derived CBD (with less than 0.3% THC) at the federal level, several states maintain strict laws that make shipping CBD illegal: including Idaho, South Dakota, and Nebraska.

Free shipping for purchases over $200 (before sales tax). Standard USPS shipping fees for purchases under $200
